| While in the wilds of Nepal, a photojournalist and his girlfriend are attacked by a hideous subhuman beast who kills her and wounds him. Soon after, the journalist's recuperation is impaired by the growing knowledge that he is being transformed into a beast as well.Anyone see this flick?? I am a HUGE werewolf movie fan, and this one has passed me up somehow...makes me wonder!! | |

| Seen it a few times and while its not terrible its not great just a fun watch. The lead is played by Michael ( Eddie And The Cruisers) Pare and Mariel Hemingway as his sister. Pare has a solid performance i would check it out once at least | |

| I just watched this one last night, how ironic a friend of mine just bought it, and as you said it's a fun film to watch but not a masterpiece to the genre, but it does have some fresh ideas and does not follow your typical tale of the man beast so that was kind of cool. I must say Michael Pare did crack me up though, there is some good black humor throughout that movie. | |

| I liked how he tried to fight his curse then by the end of the film he had embraced it which made him even mor dangerous | |

| I ordered it once on Direct Tv back in the day...idk...it had potential but for a werewolf movie* which are my favs of the classic monsters* failed to me. Last good one i saw was Ginger Snaps, and thats mostly because Katharine Isabelle is soo damn hot in my opinon | |

I am a werewolf fan myself, I did dig Ginger Snaps, another one I liked was Dog Soldiers by Neil Marshall, definitely a good film for a modern day werewolf flick. It's a hard genre to tackle if it ain't perfect it's hard to pull off a kick ass wolf flick!

| oh yeah...Dog Soldiers was amazing...Neil Marshall i think is one of the best directors today...Doomsday, even though it was basically Escape from NY/ Gladiator/Road Warrior altogether in one film, it was still a fun movie to watch in theaters | |
