Brian is a young man who is bitten by Aylmer, a mutant parasite who devours human brains. Boy and monster become symbiotically attached, since every time Aylmer feasts on a new victim, he injects Brian with a drug-like substance that propels him into a hallucinogenic state. Frank Henenlotter's (BASKET CASE, FRANKENHOOKER) cult classic features many darkly comedic twists and interesting low-budget visual effects.

Any other fans of this hilariously weird film? gotta love the Basket Case cameo on the subway!!

I have this on VHS...i just wish Synapse would drop the price on the dvd..they still want $25 for it...lol i still got a little poster from it i got in a Fangoria i think

It is worth it though...you can probably find it cheaper if you look around...

That said I have no problem forking over money to Synapse...one of the best DVD companies out there...
