Deadly Friend (1986)

Teenager Paul Conway is the new kid in town, his companion and protector a yellow robot he built himself, dubbed BB. Paul befriends the girl next door, Samantha, who lives with an abusive, alcoholic father. One night, the abuse in Samantha's house becomes too much, when her father knocks her down some stairs and kills her. But Paul refuses to let her die, so he uses his scientific genius to implant the brain of recently destroyed BB into Samantha, bringing her back to life. But at what cost?

Just popped this one in the VCR last night, it's been a while but this little tidbit by old Wes is just fun, fun, fun, an evil Short Circuit of sorts and Samantha played by Kristy Swanson is smokin, in human or robot form

AHHH, Tom come on, I thought this movie had some funny as shit moments, I actually enjoy it, the whole movie....To me it is one of those so bad it's good films!
